Prayers...Glad to hear that your mom is doing well! Prayers continued your way. To answer your questions:<br />I love oatmeal cookies but no raisins for me. Plain oatmeal or throw in chocolate or butterscotch pieces and I am a happy girl!<br />Under stress I tend to NOT eat, so I have to push myself to eat little, not-too-filling things like fruits and veggies. A little bit of comfort is nice, too, once things have calmed...like cookies or a burger!<br />I absolutely HAVE to work out when times are rough. A 10 minute walk or jog can do wonders. Even a few yoga stretches if I only have a minute.<br />Just found out my dad has been having mini-strokes today.
