You just need to be sure you're getting chocolate in the raw form - without all the nutrients being sucked out by heat and replaced with hunks of sugar.
Check out this chocolate coconut green smoothie I had for breakfast the other day. :)
Chocolate Coconut Green Smoothie
8 oz water
2 cups spinach
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1/2 banana
1 cup ice
Blend and drink!

it looks great, but I'd replace the water for coconut water and a little coconut meat. Lots of great healthy saturated fats!
