Announcing . . . The 2013 Spring Green Smoothie Challenge

It's that time of year-- spring cleaning and detox time! To make it a little, ok a LOT more fun - I'm hosting (along with some other totally amazing bloggers who you will meet in a minute!) the Spring 2013 7-Day Green Smoothie Challenge!

There's only 1 rule! Add one green smoothie to your daily eats for 7 days straight. 

Wanna join? It's SO simple. Just leave a comment below on THIS post to join!!!!!!! {If you have a blog be sure to let us know what that is too so we can follow you on the journey! bloggers are encouraged to write and share pictures about their experiences!}



The goal of this green smoothie challenge is to prove that healthy choices can be delicious and fun - all at the same time! And, to do it in a really simple way - by just adding 1 green smoothie a day for 1 week!

Feel free to share the trailer and tell all your friends and family about this wild and "green" world online party that starts 2 week from today!!!  

Ok, time to meet the fabulous co-hosts! If you are looking for recipes throughout the challenge and real life feedback -- here is the answer!!! These girls are here for ya!!!!! As am I. :) All of us are all "touchable" so feel free to reach out with any questions you have and we'll do our best to answer!

During the challenge all of the co-hosts will be sharing tips and tricks to make the challenge a smooth one for all participants while sharing their own thoughts on this green smoothie challenge experience. They each have unique personalities and viewpoints. :) and we all come from different walks of life so be sure to visit their individual sites for more perspective!

    I just started following your blog. Love it. I am also starting to blog about my adventures in food & health. My mother ignited something in me when she taught me what organic vs. non organic entailed and what a GMO is!   39. Awesome idea; I'm in! I love trying out different combos for smoothies....but I often wind up letting my greens go bad before I make full use of them in smoothies. This will be a fun way to be accountable to using up my food, making sure to get in more nutrients, and getting ideas for new (to me) smoothie recipes!

  40. In! And I'm glad it starts on Monday, the timing couldn't be more perfect. I'm about to travel to PA to celebrate my grandma's 90th birthday and I'd already decided that after that trip, I needed to pay a little more attention to what I was eating. I definitely need a bit of a sugar detox and starting my day with a green smoothie will get me on the right track.
