Hi, guys - hope you're having a great day!
This probably sounds strange, but I didn't record this to share . . . it was more a "gather my thoughts together, convince myself moment". he-he!

I decided post to this, though, because it's me in the raw/unedited version; and most importantly, I want to know your tips for handling those events in life where things can get a little nerve racking. :p
I tend to find that after an anticipated event I can look back and give myself better advice than I can before so that's why I'm trying to think "end result".

So, what are your life performance tips & techniques? :)

I try to think of things as being in God's hands, and if its meant to be it will happen. Also, I remind myself that "I can do this," and try to boost my confidence up again. And lastly, I try not to think about it too much because its the anticipation of it all that really gets my nerves going.
Great advice, Dana- i think you are so right! Thanks for the tip!
Great video and advice!

I also would add that we can do all things through Him!
